Lois (Mohr) & Richard Musel: Class of 1960

We actually met in the fifth grade at Bennington Grade School, which is presently the Bennington Adminstrative Offices. In 1957 we were voted the King and Queen of the P.T.A. Carnival (photo) and later started dating. We were married in 1962 and have been married 62 years.(photo) Lois worked as a commercial artist for Northwestern Bell Yellow Pages, was a 4-H leader for 40 years and became a secretary for Dillard's Department Store. Richard served in the U.S. Navy, worked and later co-owned Bill's Hiway Service, formerly across the street from the Bennington School Admistrative Offices. We have lived in Bennington all our life in several locations.
Two other couples in the class of 1960 were also married: Carol (Johnsen) and Terry Loptin and Violet (Rix) and Terry Christensen.
